How to track my order

- Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email confirms that we have received your order and are preparing it for processing.

- Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order.
- During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email sent to the same email address provided during checkout.
- This email will include:
- Your order details.
- A tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
How to Track Your Order
- You can use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email to check the status of your package.
- Alternatively, you can track your order directly on our website by logging into your account or by using the "Track My Order" link in the footer of our website.
Tracking via Your Account:
- Log in to your account using the email address you used when placing the order.
- Navigate to your account page to view all your orders.
- Select the order you wish to track and click the order number (e.g., #ZINN1001).
- Once on the order details page, locate the tracking information below the product name. You will see the "Fulfilled Date" and "Tracking Number". Simply click on the tracking number (highlighted as shown in the example) to view the shipping details.
Tracking via "Track my order"
- Scroll to the bottom of our website and find the "Help & Support" section in the footer. Click on "Track my order".

There are two ways to track your order here:
- Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout, then click the "Track" button.
- Alternatively, enter the tracking number provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email we sent to you.
- If you experience any delays or issues with tracking, here are some helpful tips:
- Allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to activate in the courier’s system.
- Double-check the tracking number entered to ensure it matches the one in your email.
