Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Card Payments

• When paying by credit or debit card, please fill in the cardholder’s name, card number, expiration date, and security code as required.
• ZINNTRA does not store any personal banking information to ensure your data security.
• If your transaction is declined, please contact the bank that issued your card for assistance.

PayPal Payments

• When choosing PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page. Simply log in to your PayPal account to complete the payment.
• If you don’t have a PayPal account but would like to use PayPal, click the “Pay with Credit or Debit Card” option on the PayPal payment page and fill in the necessary details.

Apple Pay

• Apple Pay is available on supported devices for a seamless and secure checkout experience.
• When visiting our website on an Apple Pay-supported device, an Apple Pay button will appear at checkout. Simply click it to proceed with payment.
• Your shipping and billing information, along with the order total, will automatically populate from your Apple Wallet.

Supported Apple Pay Devices:

• iPhone (SE, 6, 6 Plus, or later)
• iPad (Pro, Air 2, Mini 3, or later)
• Apple Watch
• MacBook Pro with Touch ID
• Any Mac (2012 or later) + iPhone/Apple Watch with Apple Pay enabled

Payment Verification Process:

• iPhone/iPad: Use Touch ID or Face ID to confirm payment.
• MacBook with Touch ID: Confirm payment by scanning your fingerprint on the Touch Bar.
• Mac without Touch ID: Verify payment on an iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch that is signed in to the same iCloud account with Bluetooth enabled.

Google Pay

• Customers can pay quickly and securely using Google Pay when checking out on our website.
• If you have the Google Pay app installed, simply tap the Google Pay button at checkout to complete your purchase.
• If you are using a browser and don’t have the app installed, a pop-up will display your billing and shipping information for review before confirming payment.

Afterpay

• We offer Afterpay as a flexible “Buy Now, Pay Later” option.
• When selecting Afterpay at checkout, you will be redirected to the Afterpay website to complete the payment.
• Customers can split their purchase into four interest-free installments.

Klarna

• Klarna allows customers to choose their preferred payment option before confirming their order.
• If Klarna does not support the selected currency or billing country, customers will be redirected to an error page explaining why checkout is unavailable.

Using Coupons

• To apply a coupon, copy and paste the code into the Discount Code box located below the product summary on the checkout page and click Apply.
• Please note:
  • Most discount codes cannot be combined with discounted items or ZINNTRA Club membership discounts.
  • If both are applied, the system will automatically calculate the option that provides the greatest savings.

Sales Tax

U.S. Sales Tax

• As a startup, we currently do not charge sales tax because we have not reached the required sales thresholds in individual states.
• Product prices displayed on our website do not include sales tax. If you don’t see taxes at checkout, don’t worry—this is normal.
• Once we meet the state-specific sales thresholds, we will begin collecting sales tax in accordance with the tax rates of those states.

Future Tax Updates

• At present, we only ship within the United States. If we expand to other countries in the future, we will provide updated tax-related information accordingly.
