How Are Refunds Issued?

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and bank. After we process your refund:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: Refunds are usually completed within 1-3 business days.
  • Other Payment Methods: Processing times may vary. Please check with your payment provider for details.

What If My Credit/Debit Card Is No Longer Active or Has Expired?

For security reasons, refunds can only be sent to the original card used for the payment.

  • If your original card is no longer active, you can contact your bank or card issuer for assistance.
  • Even if your card is expired or inactive, your bank can usually direct the funds to your new card or account.

What Is an ARN?

An ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) is a unique number generated for some debit/credit card refunds.

  • The ARN will be displayed on the "Refund Details" page, and we will also email it to you upon refund completion.
  • If you do not receive your refund within the expected time frame, you can provide the ARN to your bank for further status updates.

Why Is My Refund Amount Less Than Expected?

  1. Bank Fees: Some banks may deduct processing fees or commissions from the refund amount.
  2. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the amount you receive is less than expected, we recommend contacting your bank for clarification.


Important Notes

  1. Refund Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Refund Timeframes: Refund timeframes depend on the payment provider and cannot be expedited by ZINNTRA.
  3. Refund Issues: If you don’t receive your refund within the standard timeframe, please contact us with your order details. We can provide the ARN or other supporting information to assist you in resolving the issue with your bank.
  4. Partial Refunds: If only part of your order was returned, your refund will reflect the value of the returned items, minus any non-refundable fees such as shipping.
