Most items purchased on ZINNTRA.com can be returned for a refund within 21 days of delivery, as long as they meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Return Eligibility and Timeline

Return Window: You may apply for a return within 21 days of receiving your package.
- If your order includes multiple packages, the 21-day window begins from the delivery date of the last package.

Processing Time: Inspections for returned items may take 7-20 days, depending on the distance of your address from our warehouse.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Lingerie
- Underwear
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Clearance items
- Final sale items
This list may be updated in the future if new product categories are introduced.
Eligible Items for Return
All clothing items are eligible for return, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Original tags and hygiene stickers (if applicable) must remain intact.
- No exchanges: ZINNTRA currently does not offer exchange services. However, customers are welcome to request a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Steps for a Successful Return

Select a Shipping Option:

Using ZINNTRA's Prepaid Shipping Label::
- A USPS shipping label will be provided at a cost of $7.90, which will be deducted from your refund.
- You can locate the nearest USPS drop-off point here.

Using Your Preferred Carrier:
- You may use any logistics company of your choice to return the item(s) at your expense.
- Provide ZINNTRA with the tracking number, order number, and email to help us quickly identify your return.

Using ZINNTRA's Prepaid Shipping Label::

Shipping Address:
- Ensure that the return is sent to the correct warehouse address provided by ZINNTRA.
- Do not use the sender’s address listed on your original package, as this will delay your return process.
Return Quality Inspection

Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough inspection to verify it meets the return requirements.

Refund Approval:
- If the item passes inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Rejected Returns:
- If the returned item does not meet our return conditions (e.g., worn, washed, or altered), the item will not be shipped back to you. ZINNTRA reserves the right to determine whether a refund will be granted in such cases.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
