At ZINNTRA, we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. Below, you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping policy to keep you informed every step of the way.


Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and public holidays. During peak periods or sales, processing times may be slightly delayed, and we appreciate your patience. If your order faces unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Options, Costs & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently only ship to the United States. (We are actively working on expanding our shipping services to other countries and regions in the near future)

All orders are shipped from China. Please note that we are unable to deliver to the following U.S. states and territories:

  • American Samoa
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Armed Forces America
  • Armed Forces Europe
  • Armed Forces Pacific

Please note: Estimated delivery time includes order processing time. Delivery times may be impacted by factors such as flight arrangements, weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier delays.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order on the courier's website. When tracking your order, you can expect to see information such as the current location of your package and the estimated delivery date. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact our customer service team at info@zinntra.com.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address to avoid delays.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

At ZINNTRA, we've got you covered! All customs, duties, and taxes are fully handled by us, so you won't have to worry about additional charges or paperwork.


Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged item in your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@zinntra.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product so we can assist you promptly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors to see if they accepted the delivery.
  2. Confirm the delivery details with the courier using the tracking information provided.
  3. If the package cannot be located, contact our customer service team at info@zinntra.com with your order number and tracking details.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. However, we will provide shipment details, including tracking information, delivery address, and shipping carrier details, to assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.


Canceling Orders

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at info@zinntra.com. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
